Once booking your dates is complete, your booking is fully refundable up to 30 days before your check in date. After 30 days and up to 7 days before check in your booking is 50% refundable. After 7 days before check in the booking is not refundable.

Any refunds will have 4% of the total amount deducted to cover the cost incurred by us for credit card processing fees.

Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather unless a state of emergency is declared by the state in which the property is located.
